One of my songs was caught on YouTube; you may have to cut and paste. I can't add it because ArtMuse Records has disabled the embedding code. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xYKohJTKNI

On January 2, 2008 I took a brave step at Meadowlark Coffee & Espresso here in Lincoln NE during their musicians open mic night. My turn came to come on stage, I went to their house piano. Tonight I will sing a song (did chord run in Ab) by the late Sammy Davis Junior. All my life I knew I was different, but didn't always know what the heck it was. I've coped the best I knew how, and much of my life I have managed it very well. Recent circumstances forced me to come to terms with it. I have Aspergers Syndrome, a mild form of autism. I am autistic and not ashamed of it anymore. That is where I got my incredible compassion to become the healthcare for ALL Music Guru. But ultimately (started introduction in C) I've GOTTA BE ME! Than sang the Sammy Davis Jr classic, "I've Gotta Be Me." I have repeated this brave step several times at several open mic events and lone gigs.

I wish to give a special Hello, and warmly invite more people on the spectrum to come join us. I have Aspergers Syndrome; a mild form of autism; I didn't always know it. I knew I was different; but didn't always know what the heck it was. My wife thinks she may have a form of autism; but not sure. She does have a bipolar disorder.

I am working on, also almost finished, my 3rd autism awareness song; this time much inspired by a friend on Autism Speaks network, a very special lady and her boyfriend; she has classic autism, he is NT.

My first 2 Autism Awareness songs, "Autism Song" and "A Colorful Group of People" were largely influenced by works of Donna Williams. By the way, "A Colorful Group of People" does not reference races, it references spaces on the autism spectrum.
